Whilst we want to expedite the process of finding your ideal candidate by completing the heavy lifting in the background, we will need a level of commitment from you to first complete an in-depth deep dive to understand what you are looking for, not just technically but to include, the culture of the company, future prospects, benefits, company structure etc. After all, the candidate's first experience of your company could well be our first contact and we need to be able to explain what an outstanding opportunity you are offering first time.
Once we understand your requirement in depth, we go to our connections and the market with a detailed and extensive candidate mapping process resulting in a long list of 10 potential candidates.
Talent Crew will then complete a 2-stage interview with each of potential candidates before working with you to shortlist 3 ideal candidates to take to interview. Hopefully, all stakeholders can get together to make this a final interview. Whether it is the final interview or additional ones are required, we will be there to support both you and the candidate all the way through to the onboarding stage.
