Trainer (Applications, French and English) required by my amazing and worldwide leading provider of cloud and on-premise enterprise software Solutions.

First and foremost, you’ll be passionate about training and will be bilingual in English and French. You’ll ideally have strong experience of delivering training on applications including Quality Management and control and Workforce management solutions and a real aptitude for creating and fun, engaging and attention-grabbing material and delivering it across scenarios including customers, classroom and virtual, over multiple time zones and locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Deliver high quality application training on my client’s products to customers, in classroom and virtual classroom over multiple time zones and locations
* Focus on the business value that the customer gains from the products and solutions, especially in the contact center and back office
* Deliver application configuration services according to customer business processes and requirements
* Work closely with the project team to ensure delivery that is consistent with commitments and expectations
* Learn new products, features, and tools as they are rolled out by the organisation
* Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed
* Follow administrative procedures as required, including preparations and wrap up
* Develop training content in various formats
* Promote value realisation services to customers and contribute to the growth of the business

Essential experience:

* Fully bilingual (written and verbal) – English & French
* Passion for training, learning and sharing knowledge.
* Domain experience with contact centre Quality Management and/or Workforce Management solutions.
* Knowledge of Quality Management, Quality Control and/or Workforce Management solutions would be a distinct advantage
* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
* Excellent self-learning skills
* Self-motivated and strives for professional excellence in all aspects of work
* Able to work flexibly and independently in a fluid environment
* Able to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
* Excellent problem-solving ability in high pressure situations
* Able to travel up to 50% of the time
* Able to work in a global environment and deliver virtual courses in various time zones
* Additional languages would be advantageous
