Business Assurance Manager required by my world-renowned telecommunications client in Hertfordshire.

You’ll be managing a team to deliver financial and non-financial objectives and lead the revenue enhancement activities. Whilst leading you’ll also, where necessary, carry out analysis that supports business improvement approaches and delivers revenue growth, cost reduction and right first-time billing.

Furthermore, while working closely with operational, Billing, Products and Finance units you will implement/manages initiatives that will measurably increase revenues, reduce costs, improve organisational efficiency and improve productivity.

Key skills:

* Management experience in driving a team to successfully deliver financial objectives
* Experience within Risk and/or Insurance is essential.
* Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders and excellent communicator
* Skilled to identify, investigate and analyse areas of possible leakage (Revenue and Cost)
* Ability to manage virtual teams to a deadline with multiple stakeholder groups and across a matrix organisation
* Experience in dealing with competing priorities and pressure on time
* Ability to motivate a team and drive the right behaviours of a high performing team
