The Marketing Executive (New Business) will report into the NCA Marketing Manager and own the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns to support new customer acquisition for the UK and Ireland. The role is a key part of the Marketing Team and is focused on driving new customer acquisition across the full range of the marketing mix.

About the Role:

* Create, plan and execute tactical and strategic marketing activity to deliver new customer acquisition programs. Proactively co-ordinate marketing campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix whilst communicating with key stakeholders.

* Write and develop marketing briefs that support creative development of advertising

* Support in the briefing and development of paid media activity working closely with the paid media agency.

* Website management and development to support new customer acquisition marketing activities and to enhance organic prospect conversion rate.

* Management and development of the inbound marketing channels – organic social, SEO, content.

* Support in the day-to-day management of third-party agencies – creative, media, web, telemarketing.

* Provide reporting and analysis of marketing activity to the NCM Marketing Manager and with key business stakeholders

* Manage specific budgets and adhere to financial processes in place.

What You'll Need

* B2B new customer acquisition – previous experience marketing products/services for a B2B business, specifically running new customer acquisition / lead generation activity.

* Copywriting / creative development – prior experience creating and developing product/brand advertising.

* Agency management: previous experience working with and managing marketing programs via third-party agencies – creative, media, web, telemarketing.

* Digital marketing – experienced in managing marketing programs across inbound (SEO, website, content) and paid (display, social, content syndication) media channels either with an agency or in-house.

* Project management – you’ll need to have strong project/campaign management skills ensuring marketing is well organised and delivered on time.

* Personality – you’ll be a self-motivated and commercially savvy marketer with a desire to learn and to develop your skill-set further. You’re at your best when working as part of an ambitious and highly collaborative team. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can perform well under pressure.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working within the payments sector

• Previous experience marketing to small, medium and enterprise sized prospects.
