Working for an exciting, market leading SaaS company, the VP Operations Management provides strategic leadership of a non-commissioned sales / business / channel / commercial operations team directly supporting the sales go-to-market models for the United Kingdom and Ireland. This position will be responsible for the direct management of country based sales / business / channel & commercial operations teams. This position will be responsible for these field based operations teams to be fully compliant with all processes, procedures, and policies as directed by all corporate based functions as well as the Field Executive Management team. This role is responsible for the identification and dissemination of best practices across the entire sales operating model. This role works closely with sales leadership to ensure all operational components are in place for sales strategy to be executed within system and infrastructure capabilities.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

* Work closely with senior sales leadership to successfully deliver on all corporate and field executive management deliverables, reports, , tactical and strategic planning requirements. Insure the countries/regions under this position’s control are fully compliant with all corporate deliverables. Inform executive level management of departmental progress and problems
* Work with departments across functional areas and business units to identify best practices. Work to remove any operational/organizational barriers that may impede success of the team
* Coach and mentor direct reports, setting performance expectations and holding individuals and team members accountable for results
* Develop and maintain activities concerning overall planning, staffing, budgeting, expense management, and recommendation and implementation of changes to methods
* Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company

Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

* Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* 5+ years proven leadership responsibility
* 5+ years of prior sales support and/or sales experience
* Advanced expertise in Excel and Report creation/generation
* Prior experience with process, policies, and procedures development


* Prior sales operations management experience
