Engagement Manager required by my fantastic global and leading cloud-based HR software client.

You’ll be responsible for providing gold standard project management and engagement services to my clients’ key customers, whilst supporting the growth of their ever-expanding ‘Professional Services’ function and delivering successful implementation of high value, complex projects across their client base.

Furthermore, you will contribute to client retention whilst also seeking to recognise and progress their ongoing needs and establish, and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction, while also contributing to the company goals.

While managing a team of Implementation Consultants, through regular review, mentoring, training and guidance, you will also support my clients’ Sales function from facilitating pre-sales requirement gathering sessions through to the production of Implementation Estimates.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities:

* Manage and deliver implementation projects to ensure the provision of planned deliverables and service levels directly contribute to department revenue and utilisation targets via undertaking chargeable work
* Manage project budgets and consultant utilisation within designated targets to ensure contribution to the achievement of dept. targets
* Manage, train and mentor a team of Implementation consultants ensuring customer satisfaction is delivered through provision of Services and utilisation targets are achieved
* Support the Sales function through the provision of Implementation Estimates and overview of the Implementation methodology.
* Establish, maintain and follow procedures within the team that satisfy company reporting and quality requirements
* Comply with Data and Security Policies for the maintenance of confidentiality and integrity such as ISO27001
* Ensure Programme Management methodologies and approaches evolve in line with company strategy and new service propositions

Required skills

* HR Software Configuration experience (or equivalent)
* Project management experience
* Excellent methodical and organisational skills. Proven time management skills
* Highly effective written, verbal and presentation skills
* People management skills. Influencing skills particularly in complex customer environments
* Customer relationship skills and commercial acumen, and ability to work with C Level within clients.
* Passionate, positive and enthusiastic attitude, with drive to succeed
* Understanding of the HR transactional processes is advantageous.
* Salesforce Experience Desirable
* Degree preferred, but not essential
* Field based at customer sites so ability to travel regularly is essential
