One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn within the Artificial Intelligence space, is seeking a GSI Partner Manager to focus on developing and executing go-to market plans with GSIs reporting in to EMEA partnership management. This is a sales target driven, individual contributor role requiring networking with senior-most stakeholders within GSI organisation; driving lead/demand generation activities; developing joint value props; managing sales pipeline and ensuring that the partner is continually investing in developing the organisation’s skills for successful deployment of their own automation platform. This role could involve managing GSIs within a sub-region of EMEA, multiple sub-regions of EMEA or across EMEA – this is currently work in progress and will be clarified during the interview process. Scope of Activities * Playing an important role in ensuring that strong governance principles and processes are in place for allocated GSI in the region. * Responsible for ensuring a sound process for identifying and on-boarding of regional branches of GSI, including networking at senior-most level, driving value-based conversation with their customers, partner enablement and contract management, in EMEA. * Responsible for follow up on sales through the regional GSI sales channel all over the region, including planning and executing joint marketing activities, consolidated GSI sales pipeline, annual business plan for partner, QBR, etc. * Focusing on growing and developing GSI relationship in the region, and thereby enabling them to plan, develop and launch innovative solutions, based on the company’s own technology. * Establish strong relationships between the partnership management team in EMEA and all relevant internal divisions of the company. * Ensuring that strong governance principles and processes are in place for sales-pursuits, reporting and various marketing-activities. * Provide guidance, decision support and general assistance to the EMEA Head of Partnerships & Alliances and the EMEA management team. Job Profile Requirements * Bachelor-degree from University, Business School or similar (Master-degree or higher is a plus). * Previous experience of $/target driven role with direct customer engagement - essential. * Previous experience in Partner & Alliance Management, preferably with GSI-partner essential. * In-depth understanding of GSI-partner organisation, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offerings, etc. * Humble attitude towards colleagues, partners and other key stakeholders. * Strong relationship-building skills, ability of taking ownership of various tasks at hand, as well as capability to operate in the ever-changing environment of a start-up. * Experience of managing significant partner, or customer, accounts. * Industry expertise preferred though not compulsory. * Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic. * Willingness to travel extensively within the region. * Fluency in English; knowledge of any other European language is advantageous. Fluency in English, knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
