One of the fastest growing enterprise RPA platform providers in the world is seeking an Employee Engagement & Talent Development Specialist (EE&TDS) with a genuine interest in constantly improving employees’ experience. The EE&TDS will need to understand that employee engagement decisions are data driven and be able to bring an objective view when building dialogue with different business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will find it easy to embrace fast paced changes and can think ahead when planning actions for building highly successful teams. Scope of activities * Build objective and valid measurements around core concepts like: psychological safety, change management, feedback culture, performance, etc. * Make good use of various psychological testing tools that can support people evolution to ensure proper business growth. * Proactively and regularly provide clear image of teams/departments/company status as a base for business decisions. * Facilitate communication with different stakeholders at a business level. * Build go-to-action plans and guide teams and individuals in reaching their next level of performance, based on identified potential. * Act as guardian of the culture and values of the Company, by aligning all your initiatives and by integrating them in this constantly evolving environment. * Ensure a healthy development of employees work relations. * Mediate different situations and act as facilitator for conflict management whenever it may rise. * Ensure performance predictability and proper measurements by connecting your initiatives to trends and business plans. * Act as a strong team player by working cross-collaboratively with multiple complementary roles. * Identify employees’ interests and group people around them, with the intent to create self-sustainable communities that can ensure additional engagement. * Design business growth hypothesis based on relevant data, to guide decision making. * Find creative, appropriate ways to engage people at all levels. Job Profile requirements * Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-cultural environment. * Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Excellent knowledge and proven experience in organisational psychology. * High level of maturity in taking decisions. * Self-directed, results oriented, the ability to manage proactively frequently changing priorities. * Excellent written and spoken English and German. * A background in a tech company - preferable a start-up - is advantageous.
