One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the Artificial Intelligence space has created an exciting new Marketing Programme Specialist role, based in Denmark, with responsibility for executing local marketing strategies; assisting with local lead generation; and campaign programmes to support market awareness and demand generation in support of the regional business growth objectives. Scope of Activities * Assist in the development and implementation of local lead generation and nurture campaigns; track campaign performance and optimise to increase demand in Northern Europe. * Execute and support local events to drive awareness and generate demand, co-ordinating with the global events team. * Help to deliver regional digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with other regional and global marketing teams. * Develop local marketing processes and metrics to streamline the Company’s rapidly growing operations and enable continuous improvement. * Undertake data and market research activities to support local demand generation. * Provide support to the regional marketing team with adhoc local marketing activities as required. Job Profile Requirements * Relevant degree and/or equivalent marketing qualification * 5+ years in marketing, including demand generation and campaign management in a software or IT environment. * Data management and salesforce.com knowledge. * Experience in online and digital marketing execution and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a rapidly growing sales organisation in an international environment. * Enjoys working in teams, with a hands-on approach. * Genuine excitement and curiosity for technology innovation and its impact on improving business performance and society. * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
