Customer Success Manager (Financial Services Sector) required by amazing, market leading AML client (Paris). Key Responsibilities: * Engage with the prospects & clients to understand technical & functional requirements needed to deliver business benefit of my clients solutions. * Provide key subject matter expertise for the client within the Financial Services Sector. * Explain features & benefits of the clients software solutions in comparison to competitive products. * Communicate with sales and product management regarding customer needs. * Lead Proof of Concept engagements, work with the client, sales, and technical pre-sales. * Completing RFI/RFPs; identifying client requirements and ensuring pro-active communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. * Participate in trade shows, seminars and other industry events. Qualifications: * 5 + years of experience as an Account Manager in a client facing role providing enterprise software solutions to the Financial Services industry. * Experience in FMC /Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing/Analytics industry. * Degree qualified – advanced degree a plus. * Hands on SQL and database knowledge * Must be willing to travel to customer sites 40%+ Bonus attributes: * Detailed knowledge of FMC regulations within Europe. * Fluent in English and additional European languages.
