One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the Artificial Intelligence space is searching for a Regional Partner Manager to join their team in Switzerland. This is a sales target driven, individual contributor role focusing on developing and executing go-to-market plans with regional SIs reporting to Director – Regional Partnerships. The role involves driving lead/demand generation activities; developing joint value props; managing sales pipeline and ensuring that the partner is continually committing to developing the client’s own skills for successful deployment of their automation platform. Job scope * Playing an important role in ensuring that strong governance principles and processes are in place for the Regional Partnerships. * Responsible for ensuring a sound process for identifying and on-boarding new regional partners, including partner enablement, contract management. * Responsible for follow up on sales through the regional partner sales channel for allocated regional partners, including planning and executing joint marketing activities, regional partner sales pipeline, annual business plan, QBR, etc. * Developing joint value proposition for the market, driving lead / demand generation activities, supporting the partner and the client’s sales person throughout the sales cycle. * Focusing on growing and developing allocated regional partners, and thereby enabling them to plan, develop and launch innovative solutions, based on the client’s technology. * Aligning the client’s resources for the partner to continually train and develop the client’s skills for successful delivery of projects. Monitoring partner’s progress in skills development and certification. * Establish strong relationship between the management team of the regional partners in EMEA and all relevant internal divisions. * Ensuring that strong governance principles and processes are in place for sales-pursuits, reporting and various marketing-activities. * Provide guidance, decision support and general assistance to the EMEA Head of Partnerships & Alliances and the EMEA management team. Requirements * Bachelor-degree from University, Business School or similar (Master-degree or higher is advantageous). * Previous experience of $/target driven role with direct customer engagement essential. * Either, previous experience in Partner & Alliance Management OR experience of having sold partner solutions to end clients essential. * Industry expertise preferred though not compulsory. * Humble attitude towards colleagues, partners and other key stakeholders. * Strong relationship-building skills, the ability of taking ownership of various tasks at hand as well as the capability to operate in the ever-changing environment of a small, but fast-growing, company. * Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic. * Willingness to travel extensively within the region. * Fluency in English and native speaking in one of the regional languages is essential. Knowledge of any other European language is advantageous.
