One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the AI space is seeking a HR Administrator to join their People Operations team, based in Germany. Our People Operations team engages with some of the most talented people out there, builds great teams and makes them successful. Scope of activities * Set up and follow implementation of HR guidelines related to: contracts & legal requirements for hiring, payroll, performance & exceptional bonuses. * Handle requests from employees mainly on (but not restricted to) the DACH region: Germany, Switzerland, Austria. * Keep a repository of all legal documents up to date, regarding hiring but also security & safety procedures in the workplace. * Support recruiters in finalising the recruitment process with contract signature. Job Profile Requirements * Several years of experience in a similar position. * Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Excellent written and spoken English and German. * A background in a tech company - preferably a start-up - is desirable.
