One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the Artificial Intelligence space, is seeking a Regional Partner Manager. This role is a sales, target-driven, individual contributor role that focuses on developing and executing go-to-market plans with regional SIs reporting in to Director – Regional Partnerships. The Regional Partner Manager will drive lead / demand generation activities; develop joint value props; manage sales pipeline and ensure that the partner is continually investing in developing the Company’s skills for successful deployment of their own automation platform. Scope of Activities * Play an important role in ensuring that strong governance principles and processes are in place for the Regional Partnerships. * Responsible for ensuring a sound process for identifying and on-boarding new regional partners, including partner enablement and contract management. * Responsible for follow-up on sales through the regional partner sales channel for allocated regional partners, including planning and executing joint marketing activities, regional partner sales pipeline, annual business plan, QBR, etc. * Developing joint value proposition for the market; driving lead / demand generation activities; supporting the partner and the Company’s internal sales person throughout the sales cycle. * Focusing on growing and developing allocated regional partners, and thereby enabling them to plan, develop and launch innovative solutions, based on the Company’s own technology. * Aligning Company resources for the partner to continually train and develop Company skills for successful delivery of projects. Monitoring partner’s progress in skills development and certification. * Establish strong relationship between the management team of the regional partners in EMEA and all relevant Company internal divisions. * Ensuring that strong governance principles and processes are in place for sales-pursuits, reporting and various marketing-activities. * Provide guidance, decision support and general assistance to the EMEA Head of Partnerships & Alliances and the Company’s EMEA management team. Job Profile Requirements * Bachelor-degree from University, Business School or similar (Master-degree or higher would be an advantage). * Previous experience of $/target driven role with direct customer engagement essential. * Either previous experience in Partner & Alliance Management, or experience of having sold partner solutions to end clients. * Industry expertise preferred. * Humble attitude towards colleagues, partners and other key stakeholders. * Strong relationship-building skills, ability of taking ownership of various tasks at hand as well as capability to operate in the ever-changing environment of a small, but fast-growing, company. * Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic. * Willingness to travel extensively within the region. * Fluency in English; knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
