Are you a successful Sales Manager with a sound knowledge of the market dynamics of the technology space? Have you heard of Robotic Process Automation? One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the Artificial Intelligence space is searching for a Sales Manager, with a proven product and technology solutions sales track record, to expand its business in Norway. Scope of Activities * Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies. * Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow the Company’s key relationships. * Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities. * Understand product, and competitive products, to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients. * Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long term relationship. * Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market. * Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction. * Achieve quarterly quotas. Job Profile Requirements * 8+ years of solid software and solution sales and consulting experience, ideally in one of these domains: Transportation & Tourism, Banking / Insurance / Financial Services, Utilities & Energy, Automotive, Chemistry & Petrol, Telecom & Media. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills. * Native Norwegian; Fluent written and spoken English is desirable. * Willingness for extensive travel. * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team. * Energetic and highly motivated.
