One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn companies within the Artificial Intelligence space is searching for a Partner Success Manager to join their team. Part coach, part project manager, part business consultant and part product expert, the Partner Success Manager (based in Germany) will focus on helping the Company’s key partners to maximise their team’s capabilities and to be successful with the Company’s customer engagements. Partner Success Managers (PSM) are entrusted with some of the Company’s largest and most strategic partners, working with Sales and Robotic Process Automation Delivery teams to drive end-to-end enablement across the globe. The PSM will be expected to execute against the partner GTM strategy in their region; establish business and technical relationships; and manage day-to-day interactions to build long-term business opportunities. Their goal will be to help partners maximise the Company’s adoption, to reach complete maturity/independence and to add business value to the Company’s customers. Scope of Activities * Manage end to end Company enablement including pre-sales, sales delivery, and support teams. * Build strong sales and technical competencies within partner teams by supporting co-marketing, sales and delivery plans to put forth strong partnership in front of customers, and enabling further go-to-market opportunities. * Drive partner engagement (including onsite meetings) with a focus on partner satisfaction and loyalty by developing a clear and concise understanding of the partner needs, strategies, operational maturity and business goals. * Coach partners to be product experts and train their teams on the Company’s best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient. * Responsible for partner onboarding, platform adoption, retention and expansion. * Coordinate workshops, training, business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges and skill up partner skill set in the Company’s solutions. * Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect partner full enablement. * Develop Partner Success assets and methods, and work with Partner Account Managers from Sales to create new, or refine, existing enablement materials. * Indirect support for Customers through a robust and proactive Partner enablement Programme. Job Profile Requirements * University degree in engineering or computer science. * Multiple years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organisation (SaaS experience is a benefit). * Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies. * Experience in technical support, project management, technical sales and consultancy. * Familiarity with software and front-end development. * Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships. * Proven track record in a highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment. * Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
