Channel Marketing Manager required by our client, a global leader of SaaS enterprise applications. Responsibilities will include establishing channel marketing objectives, analyzing sales trend data, anticipating requirements and implementing strategic and tactical channel marketing plans that are executed within agreed timeframes and budgets. You will measure results against expectations and continuously optimize spend for maximum results. The Channel Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with Business Development / Channel team.

Channel Marketing Manager Role

  • Work with Channel team to identify awareness opportunities and priorities and research/design programs to reach partner recruitment goals.
  • Execute demand generation plans for/with channel partners to meet lead and pipeline objectives
  • Create and deliver field level marketing promotions, campaigns and incentives for channel partner sales
  • Forecast, monitor and measure the channel-specific demand funnel, making course corrections as necessary
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Channel marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, marketing communications and online marketing) to drive end-to-end campaign execution
  • Create and maintain marketing campaigns within Salesforce.com and Marketo
  • Work with Channel team to identify and launch sales tools and training programs to support channel training and enablement
  • Tailor marketing collaterals for Partners related to new product/partner launches
  • Champion the PRM for Solution Provider partners.
  • Drive and support UK events for channel enablement
  • Communication to channel partners about upcoming programs and events, as well as product sand other channel specific information
  • Prioritise channel marketing needs across partners and allocate budget/resources accordingly
  • Maintain a marketing calendar that details all campaigns and expected outcomes
  • Measure and monitor channel marketing programs to increase channel sales productivity
  • Forecast, monitor and measure the channel-specific demand funnel, making course corrections as necessary
  • Manage an Channel Marketing budget tracking and reporting on spend as required,

Channel Marketing Manager Requirements

  • University degree in a related field of study
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business development, marketing or communications
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and campaign tracking tools a plus
  • Proven marketing, communication and influencing skills
  • Direct or relevant product, service and market knowledge and experience
  • Proven presentations skills
  • Strong cross functional project management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
