One of the fastest growing Pre-IPO Unicorn within the Artificial Intelligence space, is searching for a dynamic Sales Director to execute its sales strategy in Switzerland. The ideal candidate is expected to have 10+ years of software or software solution sales experience as part of and is looking for an opportunity where they can unleash their entrepreneurial spirit and grow with the company. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, work well in a team environment and comfortable working hands-on in all aspects of go-to-market.

The Sales Director will have the responsibility to develop and execute aggressive sell to and sell-through strategies, mine existing relationships, as well as comprehensive sales and product, plans to further grow key partner and customer relationships.

This is a key role in a dynamic and fast-moving team. The successful candidate’s voice and input will be highly valued, and they will be expected to share their inspiration and vision within the organization as a whole. Most of all, they will love what they do, and it will come across in the way they present themselves.

The Sales Director will be engaged and presentable and strive to engender the same philosophy with their peers and within the team.

Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
  • Mine existing relationships, as well as comprehensive sales and product, plans to further grow key relationships
  • Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities
  • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
  • Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
  • Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve quarterly quotas

Sales Director Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales, solutioning, and consulting experience;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken English; native in German
  • Willingness for extensive travel;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team;
  • Energetic and highly motivated;
