CRM Administrator (Salesforce) required by my fantastic client in Reading.

As the CRM and Salesforce Administrator you'll support my clients customers on everything CRM and Salesforce related, so excellent Salesforce experience is essential due to it being utilised company wide.

You'll be comfortable working across a multitude of departments and will provide a fantastic and friendly support. You'll be self-starting, personable, friendly and interested to develop your Salesforce knowledge even further.

An ADM201 qualification would be highly beneficial, but those without this and sufficient Salesforce experience will also be considered, but you would also be expected to work towards this qualification while working for the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the internal CRM support queue, helping resolve internal user queries
  • Helping manage and administer Salesforce - data loads/cleaning/workflows/process builder/custom objects/campaigns etc.
  • Helping manage and administer Pardot and the connection to Salesforce
  • Documentation of sales and marketing processes
  • Providing ad-hoc support and understanding around the sales and marketing tools available to sales/SDR team
  • Being a "go to" person for all queries around Salesforce and Pardot
  • Being involved with more complex projects including automation of processes, data integration between CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Manage and administer campaign reporting to understand attribution
  • Adhoc training of teams on various systems
  • Regular research and investigation into new processes/systems to help improve the company process

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 2/3 years CRM/Marketing Automation experience, preferably Salesforce and Pardot. Salesforce is essential, marketing automation can be any system
  • Experience of providing support to internal users
  • Knowledge of software sales cycles
  • Salesforce experience ideally to include - workflows, formula building, dashboards/reports, process builder, custom objects creation/management. ADM201 qualified highly advantageous but not essential as you can attain this while employed
  • Data handing/management/improvement experience
  • Excel expert - VLOOKUPS, advanced formula
  • Experience dealing with all departments of a business, finance, sales, marketing, customer service and able to influence
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written communication, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
