High growth HCM SaaS/Cloud Company are looking for a Product Manager to help make their product ‘Best in Class’. Ideally you will have experience of a start-up environment or would like to work in that sort of environment. You must have experience of user stories, product roadmap and agile principles with an infectious enthusiasm for improving the product for its users. You will be passionate about finding out what competitors are up to and will have the determination to make ‘your’ product the best in its class.

If you are a HR professional with Payroll and Benefits expertise and have experience of multiple products, and/or if you have been through an implementation or two and know everything there is to know about payroll & benefits products and the functionality that comes with them, then this is the role for you!

Product Manager Requirements:

* Writing select requirements and user stories by gathering feedback and input from the business and end users
* Prioritizing the product backlog
* Unblock developers, answer questions, clarify cases and ensure tasks & sub-tasks are properly vetted and documented
* product roadmap and perform competitive feature specific analysis of gained from other solution providers
* Perform other agile tasks such as sprint retro, demo and feature review meetings
* Gather, prioritise and organise features into stories
* Work with the key stakeholders in the business
* Communicate product status, issues, risk and implementation estimates to the team

Product Manager Desired Skills:

* Strong global HR knowledge with a focus on Payroll & Benefits OR significant Product Manager experience in an agile product development team (cloud/SaaS)
* Strong understanding of internet and tracking methodologies
* Strong communication skills with an ability to drive credibility and influence both internally and externally
* Ability to learn and understand fast and complex systems and processes
* Salesforce a massive advantage
* Must be sparky, engaging and passionate
* Eligible to work in the UK
