Client Engagement Manager required by an amazing enterprise software client in Paris. My client is comprised of talented, creative and dedicated individuals who have a passion for delivering innovative solutions to market. An experienced Engagement Manager is needed to own and manage long-term client engagements for my client’s Customer Journey Solutions applications. This person needs to be a highly-motivated self-starter with outstanding communication, project management and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for managing the post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts. • Acts as a counterpart to client-side project managers and other contacts, chairs status and other client meetings (typically conducted remotely). • Co-ordinates client-related priorities and activities across the broader team of technical experts. • Builds and maintains cross-functional plans for project-based activity such as new client implementations. This detailed work plan identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. • Conducts regular briefings on account status to senior management and other internal stakeholders. Required Skills/Experience • 3-5 years’ relevant experience of managing projects that implement and operate technology systems in large Fortune 500 enterprises, coordinating across digital agency, client marketing and technology resources. • Project management experience with excellent organisational skills. • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Project. • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a quantitative/scientific field. Additional Valuable Skills • PMP or other project management methodology certification. • Experience with enterprise analytics technology solutions. • Experience working with any of the following software packages: Changepoint, Sharepoint, Confluence, TFS.
